The Ultimate Mobility Guide

“Those who have more ability to bend will be the ones less likely to break.” The goal: strength through a larger range of motion, stable joints, and movement without restriction — 8 to 15 minutes a day.

Before you start

How to use this guide

The rules of stretching

The evidence is clear on one thing: time under tension drives range of motion. Spend a minimum of 1–2 minutes in each position before moving on, complete 1–2 sets of each drill, keep your heart rate down and breathe calmly throughout.

Pick your session

Either run the general list, or pick an upper or lower body focus based on what's most restricted. Chasing a specific problem area (ankles, wrists, lower back)? Jump straight to that tab.

This is a guide, not treatment. If pain or discomfort persists, see a musculoskeletal health professional — sometimes building stability beats stretching for long-term results.

The library

Pick a focus

General flexibility and mobility — the staples. If you don't know where to begin, run through these.

The mindset

On pain

Pain is often a perception of the feedback your brain receives — how it interprets that information determines what you feel. That doesn't make the pain less real, but understanding what's driving it should be the priority. Manage it with the work above, keep moving, and if in doubt: watch more, read more, ask more questions, and see a health professional.
